Welcome to my new site! My hope is to have this site be a community of awesome humans who are on a journey to be happier and healthier. I will share strategies that I have used over the past two years which have led me to be the happiest I have ever been. I will also share information from others that I have gathered to help me along my journey.
I am open to any ideas, thoughts, or questions you may have. I love to learn from others, so please share what has worked for you and what has not. Everyone is different and I do not expect everything I share to resonate with every person. Feel free to pick and choose what you would like to try. I just ask that you try something everyday for at least a week before you decide whether or not you would like to continue to use it on your journey.
As with anything, we get what we put in. The amount of time and commitment you make to something will directly correlate to your success. That being said, I generally only complete my practices five days per week (I like to take the weekends off). It has still had a tremendous effect on my life.
So, let’s take this journey.
